Activity report 2025
Finalised on 1 October 2025, the acquisition of Saba expanded Interparking’s international footprint across 14 European countries, with operations also extending to Chile. This enlarged platform supports a more integrated approach to mobility solutions and continued network growth. During the year, many car parks were opened in most of our geographies, enhancing proximity to users. Sustainability performance also progressed, with a GRESB score of 97%.

Interparking boosts GRESB score!
Interparking has increased its GRESB score from 92% to 97% in 2025, reflecting our growing commitment to sustainability. The GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) evaluates companies' environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance in real estate. This improved score showcases our focus on energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and community well-being. We are proud of this progress and grateful to our dedicated team and partners for making it possible.
